Terms of Service
The contract governing your use of Render25 APIs, Anycast SMTP relays, SDKs, and developer tools. Clear terms designed for modern engineering teams.
Zero Spam Tolerance
Render25 is strictly for consensual, transactional, and permitted outbound communications. Scraped lists, phishing, and spam trigger immediate permanent bans.
99.8% Production SLA
Engineered on multi-region Anycast edge relays with automatic failover, sub-100ms response targets, and guaranteed uptime commitments on Pro and Enterprise tiers.
You Own Your Data
You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all recipient lists, domain configurations, and message contents. We claim no intellectual property rights.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Kingdom Corporation, the creator and operator of Render25(“Render25”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), founded by Ren Lysea.
By accessing or using our websites, APIs, SMTP relays, SDK libraries, or developer dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of Render25.
2. Services & API Provision
Render25 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and utilize our transactional email APIs, Anycast SMTP edge relays, domain verification services (SPF, DKIM, MX), webhook event dispatchers, and telemetry dashboards in accordance with your chosen subscription tier.
- API Rate Limits: Each project workspace is bound by designated concurrency and requests-per-second (RPS) thresholds based on tier status. Exceeding limits results in HTTP 429 status codes.
- Modifications: We continuously improve our architecture and may update endpoint schemas or deprecate legacy SDK methods with reasonable advance notice.
3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy (AUP)
Because Render25 operates shared and dedicated IP pools whose reputation directly impacts all developers on the platform, we enforce a strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy. You expressly agree that you will NOT:
- Unsolicited Messages: Send emails to scraped, purchased, rented, or third-party appended lists. All recipients must have explicitly opted in or have an existing transactional business relationship.
- Deceptive Headers & Spoofing: Falsify sender addresses (“From” / “Reply-To”), forge SMTP envelope headers, or send on behalf of domains you do not legitimately own or administer.
- Regulatory Violations: Violate the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), or other applicable anti-spam statutes.
- Prohibited Content: Transmit malware, phishing attempts, credential-harvesting pages, ransomware, fraudulent financial schemes, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property.
- Excessive Bounce & Complaint Rates: Maintain a hard bounce rate exceeding 5% or a spam complaint rate exceeding 0.08% (8 per 10,000 sent). Exceeding these industry thresholds triggers automatic throttling and review.
4. Account Security & API Keys
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and API tokens.
- Token Security: API keys must be safeguarded in secure environment variables or secret vaults. Never commit raw API keys to public repositories or client-side frontends.
- Unauthorized Access: You are fully liable for all transmissions, charges, and actions executed under your API keys, whether authorized by you or resulting from a breach of your own infrastructure.
- Compromise Notification: You must promptly notify security@render25.com if you suspect your API keys or workspace credentials have been compromised.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Overages
- Free Tier: Includes a monthly quota of 3,000 emails across verified domains with community support and 7-day log retention.
- Paid Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle via our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe).
- Volume Overages: Messages sent in excess of your tier allowance are billed at the per-thousand rate specified in your plan or capped depending on your workspace settings.
- Taxes: Fees are exclusive of sales, value-added, or goods and services taxes, which will be billed where applicable.
- Refunds: Except where required by law or specified under a signed Enterprise SLA, payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
6. Service Level Commitments & Uptime
We strive to maintain maximum platform reliability across our global Anycast edge network.
- Target Availability: Render25 targets an operational availability of 99.8% for our REST API ingestion endpoints and outbound SMTP relays.
- Service Credits (Pro & Enterprise): If availability falls below SLA commitments within a calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance), eligible accounts may request proportional service fee credits.
- Status Transparency: Live system performance, incident postmortems, and edge node health are publicly tracked at status.render25.com.
7. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership
Your Data Remains Yours: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to all customer data, email message bodies, recipient rosters, attachments, and proprietary domain configurations. Render25 acquires no ownership rights over your content.
Render25 Property: Kingdom Corporation retains all rights, title, and interest in the Render25 platform, brand marks, logos, API specifications, and proprietary routing algorithms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create unauthorized derivative works of the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN A SIGNED SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, RENDER25 IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINGDOM CORPORATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
While we engineer our infrastructure for optimal deliverability, final inbox placement is determined by external receiving Mail Transfer Agents (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Yahoo), and Render25 cannot guarantee 100% receipt across external networks beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM CORPORATION, RENDER25, OR ITS FOUNDER REN LYSEA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO RENDER25 DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Suspension & Termination
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription at any time via the project settings in the Render25 Dashboard.
- Suspension for Cause: Render25 may suspend your access immediately without notice if: (a) you breach Section 3 (Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy); (b) your sending activity triggers blacklisting or spam traps on global email reputation services (Spamhaus, Barracuda); or (c) your account has outstanding unpaid balances.
- Post-Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, all active API keys will be invalidated, and transmission data will be purged per our data retention schedule.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing Kingdom Corporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to informal dispute resolution by contacting legal@render25.com. If unresolved within 45 business days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.
12. Modifications & Legal Notices
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Material modifications will be communicated via email to the primary workspace administrator or posted prominently within the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Render25 constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
